I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—even though it was boiling hot outside, the room stayed incredibly cool and comfortable. The location is unbeatable since it's located right near the train stations, making it super easy to take day trips to Cannes and Nizza. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, with absolutely no issues. Overall, it’s great value for money and everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at this residence was absolutely flawless. The apartments are clean, well-equipped, and perfectly matched the description. The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible, which allowed us to fully enjoy our time in Antibes. However, the real highlight is the team. From the reception staff to the management, everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. A special thank you goes to Axel at the reception, who was outstanding. He is very polite, professional, and always eager to assist with anything we needed. Thanks to the entire team, we felt truly welcomed. We will definitely be back!

❌ Absolute Nightmare – Avoid This Hotel! Review: I am extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The overall management and customer service are completely unacceptable. The second elevator has been broken our entire stay, and the management is doing absolutely nothing about it. Guests are forced to wait in long lines for ages just to get to their rooms. We are traveling with two baby strollers, which makes it even worse. We can't even leave the strollers on the ground floor because there is no designated space, meaning we have to squeeze them into the already overcrowded elevator, taking up space from other frustrated guests. The Fire Hazard/Staircase Issue: To make matters worse, the stairs leading to the floors are locked. When we tried to use them, we couldn't access our floor. The front desk staff told us they only unlock the doors in case of an "emergency." This feels like a massive safety hazard, not to mention incredibly inconvenient. Rude Staff: The man working at the reception was unbelievably rude. He showed zero empathy for our situation and didn't even attempt to help or find a solution. He simply didn't care. Terrible Wi-Fi: Don't expect to get any work or entertainment done here. The Wi-Fi is atrocious—it's so slow that even a basic video won't load. This place is a logistical nightmare, especially for families with kids. Save your money and book somewhere else!
