Radisson RED Innsbruck

Really great modern hotel with clean, spacious rooms. High quality interiors and decoration throughout, and in a really interesting building. Staff all really friendly and helpful when we asked questions and gave good recommendations and directions to attractions and restaurants. Good quality shower in a really nice bathroom.

Great location just a block from the main train station, accessible directly through a courtyard with restaurants and shops. Room was clean and a nice size with a modern red, white, and black decor. The King room had a safe, hairdryer, small refrigerator, a desk w/chair and another chair. The bed was comfortable and linens were a nice quality. Being only on the 4th floor we had a view of the top of the nearby buildings and the mountains. Bathroom was well equipped with a shower with both a rainfall and handheld with lots of hot water and good pressure. The front desk staff were very nice. They do hold your luggage pre and post checkout. Our only disappointment was that the AC defaulted to 22 and took a very long time to get any cooler. Since we were there on a 92 degree August day, it took the AC five hours to cool from 22 to 19 overnight.
