I came to Moscow for business, expecting cold weather and tough people — or at least that’s what I had heard. But from the moment I arrived, I experienced respect, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. Staying at the Radisson Collection Hotel was truly the highlight of the trip: perfect location, luxury, and exceptional comfort. Special thanks to Danil and Madlin at the concierge desk, Mr. Farid the hotel manager, and all the wonderful staff for making the stay unforgettable. My only suggestion: whenever possible, upgrading guests to river-view rooms would make the experience even more special. Definitely coming back again — next time for a holiday.
Service could be improved at the lobby bar. Napkin was dirty with brown stains, when I stood up the bill was brought a bit too abruptly as to imply I would leave without honouring it. A more diplomatic approach would be appreciated. Then, when I asked to make a reservation for th…

A more diplomatic approach would be appreciated. Then, when I asked to make a reservation for the restaurant upstairs the employee did not listen and her colleagues at the desk didn't help or advice was provided. It's a missed cross selling opportunity.
I used to stay in this hotel in the past but I don't prefer it anymore. Because the mattreses are very soft and I feel lower back pain if sleep in their beds and they don't have alternative firm mattresea. Secondly minibars are locked and they don't unlocked it unless you pay dep…

Secondly minibars are locked and they don't unlocked it unless you pay deposit. This very unusual and impolite policy. I feel like that they deem their guests thieves. By the way their breakfast is expensive but really great.
