Good location and we actually liked staying here overall, but the rooms are a little dated. The biggest issue was the lady who works at the front counter at night. She is possibly the rudest person I have ever experienced at a hotel. When someone checks in and gives you their money, show a little bit of gratitude and hospitality. First impressions matter, and ours was terrible. She barely said hello, just grumpily said, “Give me passport,” then, “Here is key.” Our blinds didn't close properly, so people could literally see inside our room. The view was nowhere near as good as the pictures, the bathroom constantly flooded, and the room was definitely not soundproof. They were playing loud music all night and we couldn't sleep. I rang the front desk about it and unfortunately got the same lady, who was rude yet again and basically told us to deal with it. There were definitely positives. The breakfast was amazing, the location is right near the beach, the pool was great, and the guys working around the pool were awesome and really friendly. Had that lady not been there, we honestly could have given this place a 5-star rating despite the poor standards of the room. Unfortunately, when you're working in hospitality, the way you treat guests can completely change their experience.

I've consistently had wonderful experiences at this hotel. Year after year, it remains my top choice, and each visit reaffirms why. The service is always excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is just perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable hotel experience. The reception and bar staff at this hotel truly elevate the guest experience. Their welcoming and friendly demeanor ensures that every interaction is a delight. They consistently go above and beyond, ensuring that each guest feels valued and exceptionally well-cared for. Hakan Abi and Sude, from the reception team, are not only professional but also incredibly efficient and helpful. They are always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that check-in and check-out processes are seamless. Hakan's extensive local knowledge and recommendations have been particularly invaluable, helping guests uncover hidden gems in the area and enhancing their overall experience. Duan Abi and Ikan, the bar staff, are equally outstanding, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all. Their expertise in crafting delicious and innovative drinks, combined with their engaging and personable nature, makes the bar a central highlight of any stay. Duan’s exceptional communication skills and his willingness to assist anyone, coupled with both Duan and Ikan’s remarkable hospitality skills, make the hotel feel like a true home away from home, ensuring guests return time and again. We had better expectations for such a price, we stayed in the economic room. It was very small we barely could walk to our bed sides, we couldn’t even open our luggage comfortably. The worst part was the cleanliness of the bed covers and the towels. They were disastrous. We asked to change them but they didn’t. The bright side was the personnel who was welcoming and kind and the breakfast was not bad.
