I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 20 days, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly clean. Every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel at home throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Christeen Geres from the Public Relations team. She is one of the main reasons I enjoyed my stay so much. Her professionalism, kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for every guest are truly remarkable. She is humble, friendly, funny, and always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and she deserves special recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. For an Egyptian hotel in Aswan, this place was excellent. The service was amazing, and they were always willing to make sure we were taken care of. The pool is enormous and beautiful, and the fact that the hotel is on an island is really fun. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Aswan, because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to start your tours.
