We had such a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly hotel and it truly deserves a 5-star review! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly approachable, warm, and welcoming towards us and our dog. Well done for housekeeping team who prepared an extra bed for my brother and prepared a cosy bed and food tray for our fur baby, along with thoughtful freebies that made us feel extra special as pet parents. The location was also very convenient, especially The Petshop was just a short distance away — perfect for any last-minute pet essentials. The food was absolutely amazing — every dish we tried was flavourful, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented; a great care and quality go into their menu. Cleanliness was also exceptional throughout the property. The rooms, common areas, and pet-friendly spaces were all spotless, fresh-smelling, and very well-maintained. It’s reassuring to stay somewhere that clearly values hygiene and comfort for both guests and pets. Most importantly, the overall atmosphere gave such good and relaxing vibes. We never felt anxious or uncomfortable bringing our dog along. As responsible pet parents, we always make sure our dog stays clean and well-behaved so other guests can also fully enjoy their stay, and this hotel created an environment where balance felt easy and welcomed. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish — highly recommended for anyone travelling with their pets. Definitely a 5-star stay for us!
It was a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff welcomed us as if we were a family to them. Nithin, Lineesha, Chami and Alek did a really good work by giving me all the facilities which they could provide. I am thankful to this hotel for such a good hospitality.

The hotel is really nice and easily accessible, their parking was really big and open can accommodate plenty of cars and guests. The room was really nice very comfortable and nice, the hotel lobby was really nice and welcoming as well, thanks to Mr Kamal helping us and explaining everything properly. Also note that this hotel is pet friendly with extra charge of 50AED only which is great for pet family. The breakfast was nice and had enough food for everyone and good choices as well.
