A grand, beautiful hotel right in central Warsaw. Excellent service, spacious rooms, comfortable main beds, and nice perks like welcome drinks at the bar and complimentary bottled water daily. The staff keeps the rooms spotless. The kids' sofa bed was a bit basic, and there is no physical separation/privacy in the family layout between adults and kids. Also, the bathtub fixture is a bit basic and could use an upgraded rain-shower head. Great choice for location and classic charm!

This hotel is amazing. The staff at reception and in the bar were super friendly and helpful. I had a drink in the bar on two different occasions and on the second occasion the staff remembered me and remembered what I drink which I thought was a really nice touch. The rooms are really spacious and so clean and well maintained. I really liked that you could opt out of having the housekeeping and they gave you a credit for the bar which was perfect for me on a short stay. A really good view from my room of Warsaw.

Overall service staff were helpful and accommodating but my check-in was a bit of a meh experience considering the quality of the hotel. Some finer details need to be polished but overall a good stay.
