I have traveled all over the world, staying in everything from simple guesthouses to luxury hotels — but this place tops them all in the worst possible way. The pool was dirty and completely uninviting. The beds were rock hard, making a good night’s sleep impossible. The room itself was filthy, and the bathroom was full of hair — absolutely disgusting. Cleanliness clearly does not seem to be a priority here. The noise level was unbearable. The hotel is extremely poorly insulated; you can hear every single sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway. On top of that, something was constantly humming in the background — likely some kind of machinery — which made it impossible to relax. The windows look like they date back to before World War II, offering zero soundproofing. The entire building also smelled musty and unpleasant. It took forever for the water to get warm in the shower — and even then, it was barely warm. The staff was equally disappointing: unfriendly and uninterested. In the restaurant, service staff seemed focused only on clearing tables rather than actually serving guests. The food itself was barely edible. Overall, an absolute nightmare of a stay. Poor cleanliness, terrible service, and zero comfort. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very nice hotel, it is clean here, people are definitely kind and I had pleasant experience staying here. The pool is kept certainly clean. Guests get tea when they arrive. I had no issues staying here and I would be glad to stay here again
