The food offered plenty of variety, and the overall service was excellent. A special thank you to Yenlik at the Kids Club. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and caring with the children. Our kids looked forward to seeing her every day. She truly made our holiday even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The level of service provided throughout our stay was truly outstanding. The Mini Club staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and professional, making our child feel welcome and comfortable from the very first day. Their energy, patience, and genuine kindness really stood out and gave us peace of mind as parents. It was clear that they genuinely care about the children and work hard to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment. The activities organised each day were excellent, with plenty of variety to keep the children entertained and excited. The staff interacted wonderfully with every child, ensuring nobody was left out and everyone felt included. Their attention to detail and enthusiasm made such a positive difference to our holiday experience. Beyond the Mini Club, the overall hotel service was exceptional. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The atmosphere was vibrant, family-friendly, and very well organised. A huge thank you to the entire Mini Club team and hotel staff for making our holiday so memorable.
