Our first stay at Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai, though we are a regular guests in Accor Properties. What a pleasant surprise, I didn’t even know this Accor property existed in Barsha. All I know is that Ibis and Novotel in this area is the one right next to Sheikh Zayed road. Everything was almost perfect from check-in to check-out. Jackie gave us Room 107 with a beautiful garden view, even though I initially requested a higher-floor city view. Alhamdulillah, it turned out to be a lovely choice. Thank you Jackie. The room is mini suite, clean and well-maintained, and the reception team was very accommodating, polite, and professional. Special thanks to Maryam, the manager, who was kind, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our concerns. She made sure the reason of my discomfort was addressed seriously. The location is excellent, right across from Mall of the Emirates, about an 8-minute walk to the Metro, with convenient basement parking. Overall, an amazing, comfortable, and convenient stay. Definitely a place I’d be happy to return to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai I had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the experience was comfortable, welcoming, and exceptionally convenient. The location is excellent, with easy access to the mall, metro, restaurants, and many of Dubai’s key destinations. The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, giving me a genuine home-away-from-home feeling. What really stood out to me was the warm and attentive service. A special mention goes to Mariyam, who was always keen to assist and genuinely focused on making sure guests received the best possible service. Her friendly attitude, willingness to help, and attention to the guest experience made my stay even more pleasant. It’s people like Mariyam who make hospitality feel personal rather than simply professional. The entire team was courteous and welcoming, and I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel throughout my stay. After a busy time in Dubai, having a comfortable place to return to and unwind made a real difference. Thank you to Mariyam and the entire team at Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai for the wonderful hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Mall Avenue Dubai. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station, making it very convenient to explore Dubai. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job every day. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I truly appreciated the value for money, the cleanliness, and the excellent service.
