Everything was really good and the staff was so kind. However, the sound of construction was so loud from dawn, and the sound of employees talking about whether they were working in the morning was too loud, so We had to get up at 6 a.m. every day. Other things besides this were very good. If only this part is improved, I think it will be the best hotel in Nha Trang.
I had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Novotel Nha Trang. My sea front was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed time on the terrace overlooking the beach. I found the staff to be very hospitable, and welcoming. My room was kept impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of local and western dishes. I loved the local dishes in particular. The hotel boasts a strategic location, being close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay in Nha Trang, and I certainly will be returning in the future.
Infrastructure of the beach - but the noise is not interacting. Close to everything. Rich breakfast. Helpfull stuff. Very big rooms. Important - : Apparently in this hotel (maybe in other) at age of smaller that 12 years, the child suppose to sleep with the parents..it was not mention in the order and we had to add additional (low cost) after discussion with the stoluff.
