The room was clean, and all facilities functioned properly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the food tasted great. Security was well maintained, and the hotel atmosphere was calm, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a room that clearly included breakfast, but when I went to the restaurant, the receptionist told me that breakfast was not included in my booking. I had to check my booking voucher myself and show them that breakfast was, in fact, included. The situation was very embarrassing because I was staying with my colleagues, and I was even about to pay for breakfast due to the hotel’s mistake. What disappointed me the most was that no one apologized for the inconvenience or acknowledged their error. A simple apology would have shown professionalism and respect for the guest. The staff should verify booking details carefully before giving incorrect information. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression of the hotel’s customer service.
