Nova M Hotel Edge by Rotana

A lovely hotel with excellent service and a modern yet warm aesthetic. The one-bedroom suite is perfect for families—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. We really enjoyed the facilities, and the team took great care of everything. Rustum from room service was especially wonderful, always warm, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast counter team were also extremely welcoming and accommodating with every request, and truly made us feel looked after throughout our stay. The room cleaning, service, and all the small details were handled very well. The little things really do matter, and that is what made our stay so enjoyable. We really loved this hotel and would happily stay again.

Fantastic stay as always. This is my go to hotel in Riyadh when I'm over for work. General manager always takes good care of the service and as a titanium member always reminded of the perks of rotanas loyalty program. Special shout out to Mahib who was the waiter at breakfast, got my coffee perfect and service was 5 stars. Also chef has got the baked goods 👌 perfectly done. All the staff here are excellent attentive and always offer a smile. Great hotel and great people. Till next time 👍

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, and overall, I enjoyed my stay. However, I have a couple of concerns that unfortunately affected my experience. First, when I arrived, my car was taken by the valet service. About two hours later, when I wanted to leave, I was informed that the valet attendant was not available. This was quite inconvenient and caused an unnecessary delay. Second, I had a special birthday celebration planned, which I had arranged with the hotel since check-in. I was told that everything would be sent to my room the following day. I contacted the hotel at 12:00 PM and was told that they were arranging everything. I followed up again later and was told that it would be delivered shortly. Unfortunately, by 3:30 PM, I still had not received anything. At that point, I decided to check out and celebrate my birthday at another place instead. It was disappointing, especially since the celebration had been arranged in advance. I expected a better level of organization and service, particularly for such a special occasion. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience.
