I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel. The food was fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety to choose from. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. A special thank you to Wina, Allan, Jack, and Neri for their outstanding service. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend dining here and will definitely be back. Thank you all for the excellent hospitality!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The accommodation was clean, nice, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The restaurant staff- Wina, Asep, Genie and Jack were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of choices. The service was prompt, and the dining atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. Overall, this hotel provides outstanding accommodation, excellent dining, and exceptional customer service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Came to watch a World Cup game and was impressed by the level of service here! We highly recommend Shishir as a server, he was very helpful and made sure we had a great evening! He had checked on us multiple times to make sure we were having a good time and even had a great chat with us. We also noticed a cleaner walking around constantly checking under tables for any trash and was certainly impressed at his hard work! Food was great as well. Workers here are amazing. Atmosphere was fun for the World Cup! Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend anyone to come!
