I had an exceptional stay at this 5-star hotel in Mykonos. The design is the most unique and breathtaking I have ever seen, with outstanding architecture that perfectly blends luxury and elegance. Sofia, Bill and Panos from the staff were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable luxury experience.

**Extremely disappointing experience — we would absolutely not recommend this hotel** Before even getting to our own experience, we noticed a very concerning pattern mentioned by several other guests: guests were reportedly being told that their original payment had not gone through and were then asked to pay again directly to the hotel, rather than through the hotel’s online payment system. In some cases, guests were asked to make the payment by bank transfer to the hotel’s **Revolut account**. Given the number of similar comments we have seen, this is something future guests should be aware of and check very carefully. As for our own stay, the room we received was presented to us as an upgrade, so initially we were happy with it. However, it was only during the night that we realised how completely unsuitable the room actually was. There is a pool in the middle of the room, creating an enormous amount of humidity. The air is extremely damp and uncomfortable, and we became genuinely concerned about the conditions in the room from a health and hygiene perspective. To make matters worse, this morning we found **ants crawling around the room**. Then came breakfast, which was the final straw. We waited **30 minutes just for a coffee**. And we were far from the only guests. Several other guests were visibly frustrated, and some were waiting **up to an hour**. The entire restaurant was clearly becoming increasingly angry and dissatisfied. When I subsequently raised the issue with the manager, her response was that there was absolutely nothing wrong with waiting 30 minutes for a coffee because the coffee is prepared fresh and therefore takes 30 minutes. The “freshly prepared” coffee in question was made using a **small Nespresso-style capsule machine**. This response was simply unbelievable and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of basic customer service. We have also been requesting the official receipt for our accommodation since yesterday, and **we still have not received it even after our checkout!!** This is particularly concerning because we have since seen other reviews from guests describing the same issue — that they apparently never received a receipt for their accommodation either. After our experience with the room, we decided that we would rather leave the hotel and asked to speak with the manager to arrange our departure and an appropriate refund for the remaining nights we would not be staying. We were then told that the manager was not even at the hotel. The reception staff have very limited English, making it extremely difficult to communicate about any serious issue or reach any meaningful agreement. We were ultimately told that **we would not receive a refund for the unused nights**, despite our legitimate concerns about the room and our decision to leave. We still have not received the accommodation receipt either - same as many others customers. Overall, this has been an exceptionally poor experience: an unsuitable and excessively humid room, ants, extremely slow breakfast service, dismissive management, serious communication problems, no accommodation receipt, and no reasonable solution when we wanted to leave. !!We would absolutely not recommend this hotel. Future guests should think very carefully before booking here and should keep detailed records of all payments and communications.!!
Wonderful stay and very quiet! Thank you so much Vivi, Panos, and Sofia for looking after us. We'll see you again soon!
