The spa-area is nice but relatively small, and for the price you pay to go there as someone who doesn't live in the hotel, not fancy enough. The staff is not that kind, but ok. Would recommend the Thai-massage tho!
Open review on Google (opens in a new tab)Not quite five stars. Haven’t finished their transition from kempinski. Recommend staying in the main hotel, not the bungalow. Had breakfast in fusion, very slow service although they did try and couldn’t deal with such onset of tourists
Open review on Google (opens in a new tab)A very disappointing hotel. Formerly a 5-star hotel run by Kempinski, it is now owned by Russia's Azimut hotel group. The service here is terrible, untrained staff. Overpriced for the quality of service delivered. I will not be returning.
