The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms and place were just OK. Quite small and while they claimed to be air conditioned the temperature definitely not feel like what was stated on the thermostat due to minimal air circulation. We had a hard time getting consistently warm water or the wifi to work for more than a few minutes without disconnecting. There were some small stains on towels and linens etc also. But the bed was comfortable, there was a mini fridge, and it felt safe with 24/7 staff. Fine for a short stay.
Perfect location and wonderful staff. Everyone truly, no exception, was so friendly and kind. This will remain a memorable stay. I had a business travel and ended up extending as my family joined. That’s how great it is! Super located and very clean. If you’re in the area, I think it would be tough to find better :)
Open review on GoogleIt was very nice to stay at Mercure Metz Hotel. Once we enter the lobby, feels like so comfortable, and also the room has very good smell, especially the bath soap, so nice the smell, and also the room and the bed is so comfortable. I would back to this hotel if I visit metz.
