We enjoyed very much our staying - the whole team is professional, welcoming, warm. A truly wonderful experience. Breakfast was delicious, with so much variety of local food. I strongly recommend to attend the dinner at the Masseria, if you can - food was delicious, full of flavour and truly, authentic Sicilian. Rooms are big, very clean. Seating on the outside garden in the calm of Sicilian countryside was worth the trip. A truly charming, beautiful masseria.

We come every year to the Noto area of Sicily and have stayed at different masseria. Masseria del Carubba is beautiful, peaceful and in a great location. We were disappointed with the staff. The head breakfast lady (French speaking) never smiles, in fact we went to say goodbye on our departure - not only she doesn’t greet us but she stays sitting with her back to us while Mariela instead made a great effort to welcome us upon arrival and greet us on departure. This Masseria lacks Sicilian warmth which is the reason we come in the first place.
Exceptional place. Very calm, clean and lovely place- not far away from Noto and the beach. We loved our week at the Masseria. Especially the breakfast ladies treated us like kings and made our stay recognizable. It was hard to leave. We will come back.
