M Social Resort Penang

I had a wonderful stay at M Social Hotel Penang, and a special thank you goes to Miss Yen for her exceptional service. Even before we checked in, she reached out to keep us updated and made sure all of my requests were arranged in advance. Her attentiveness and proactive communication made the entire experience smooth and welcoming from the very beginning. The rest of the hotel staff were equally friendly, warm, and always ready to help. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, and the location was perfect for us. Just across the road, there are plenty of shops and eateries within a short walking distance, making it very convenient. One feature I especially appreciated was the hotel’s security after midnight. Access to the hotel requires a room key card after 12 a.m., which gave us extra peace of mind and made us feel much safer. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have the securities outside to be more trained

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at M Social. The location and accessibility to the somewhat private beach and also nearby eateries was amazing. Only downside was that the beach had a beware of jellyfish sign so we did not really swim in it. Nonetheless, we did not see any jellyfish. As for the staff, we were attended to by Mr Lay who gave us the best service. He was so prompt during reservations and accommodating to all my many changes and additional requests. During our stay, he was so attentive and responsive to our requests and queries. He went the extra mile to give a small birthday cake for my sister whose birthday it was. He also initiated to put the extra bed into the room which we had preordered. Everything was arranged so smoothly by him. Also want to give a thank you to the ladyboss General Manager who was always around making sure all our concerns were addressed. My only complaint for this stay would be the AI device by the bed. I think the idea is great but I'm not sure if the execution is right. It never worked on my side when I asked it to call reception and instead it would emit funny noises at like the worse times (middle of the night etc) Anyway I will definitely come and stay at M Social again. Already missing it

This place was a diamond in the rough... especially for those with diabilities. We had a person in our group who was severely disabled and in a wheelchair. The staff went above and beyond for them. The breakfast was great... and very adventurous for an American! Try everything! Our room was great, and our room was cleaned and prepared every night we stayed (6 nights). The General Manager was often on site, and very approachable and kind.
