I stayed at this hotel and my experience with the housekeeping service was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at any hotel, but this property fell far short. The toilet and bathroom was not maintained to an acceptable standard. Basic amenities were either missing or not replenished regularly. It seems that housekeeping staff is not bothered to keep the toilet clean. The management should take this feedback seriously and improve their housekeeping standards, as it is essential for guest satisfaction.
Excellent location, friendly staff, commitment to sustainable practices. I'll be looking for Living Hotel options for my future trips to Germany. (If you are taking courses at the Goethe-Institut, this is the ideal location--two minutes by foot!)

Very unfriendly stuff especially the ladies in the breakfast. Semi proffeaional reception workers who make mistakes and the not even apologised when they admitted. Extremely old rooms, very dirty full with stains hallways and smelly toilets. Parking entrance is extremely small and narrow and almost no possibility for parking outside. Will never be back.
