My stay here was extremely comfortable and pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the hotel staff, who were exceptionally kind, understanding, and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond the standard service and provided extra support whenever needed. What impressed me the most was how genuinely caring and human their attitude was towards guests. They truly do everything they can to help people in a thoughtful and compassionate way, which made a very strong and memorable impression on me. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The gym was also very modern, fully equipped, and a great addition to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and gladly stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is very good. The spa is well organized so you can really enjoy yourself and relax there. There is a reservation method in an effort to control traffic and it works ok-ish. The pool is fantastic both during the day and at night (the spa is open till midnight). The rooms are not too bad, the wall hangers and toiletries holder needed some maintenance but it's no big deal. One of the towels and one of the bathrobes appeared to be dirty so we got new ones, so this needs mentioning. On the other hand they give you actual spa slippers (not the single use ones - legit slippers!). The breakfast was good, just for some reason they give you snack plates for your meal so in order for an adult to have a proper breakfast, you'll need to go through the buffet twice. The coffee and cocktails are great and the espresso is included in the free breakfast, so that's worth noticing. Overall I recommend it.
