Overall, I’d say the best things about the hotel were the AC and the location. The AC worked really well which was important in July. However, the WiFi didn’t work at all for me and the woman at the front desk wasn’t remotely interested in helping me resolve the issue, so I just used my data (luckily I live in Europe). It also says in their book to ask the reception for extras (including pillows) and when I asked for an extra pillow I was told no! What kind of hotel doesn’t give you an extra pillow when you ask? I was told they didn’t have and the book was wrong. So what if I had spilled something on the pillow and needed a new one? Would there be no pillows? Also, the room was very small. It was definitely the smallest room of my trip. Breakfast wasn’t included and I wasn’t about to pay a bunch for continental. However, the location was good, near many shops and restaurants as well as the metro directly in front. Overall, it was fine but not a place I’d probably go back to.

It was a very comfortable stay. Since we stayed on Friday and Saturday, the area around the hotel was a bit noisy until late at night, but once we closed the windows, it was completely quiet and we slept very well. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, especially the prosciutto—it wasn’t too salty and tasted wonderful. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us great advice on how to get around and recommending places to visit. I would definitely love to stay here again when I visit Toulouse.

This might be the cleanest hotel room in which I have ever stayed. What a pleasure to stay here! Great location, right by the metro. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a cute bistro right in front of the hotel for morning coffee. Can walk everywhere in Vieux Toulouse. Very friendly, comfortable and quiet. (Bathroom has a translucent door, which is a bit odd, but fine unless you are sharing your room with a stranger.) The desk staff gave great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.
