I normally only share a review when I am thoroughly impressed with the service of a particular business. If the business does not impress me or does not wow me then I don’t leave a review. The Kydon hotel was an incredible experience. The entire staff, including the front desk, the people who cleaned our room and the people who served us were incredible. The rooms were great. The location was incredible. And it was nice to have parking near the center, which is extremely difficult in Chania. Also, another note is that the breakfast was really good here and included as part of my nightly stay.

A friendly welcome plus a complimentary cocktail was a lovely start. Our suite was spacious and well equipped with complimentary wine, cakes, water and Nespresso machine. There was also a large balcony overlooking the Chania market. Despite being so central, the room was very quiet and well soundproofed. We had a very comfortable sleep followed by an absolutely delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. If you’re looking for a very centrally located, comfortable and friendly hotel do not hesitate to book here. Our only regret was that we were only here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer…but will definitely return.
