Have stayed here many times over the past 30 years. Very convenient location for the offices I need to visit. Staff helpful & friendly. Rooms are good value for money. The problem with Kota Kinabalu (nothing to do with this specific hotel) is the council have switched to pay-by-phone parking. I do not own a mobile phone; on this occasion I borrowed a friend's phone but in the future I may have to stay elsewhere on not rent a car!
The price may be competitive and the location is awesome. The width of Superior room just nice for 2 persons. Parking is limited. I booked a room with city view but they gave me a room with window but with no view. They agreed to exchange the room. Unlike other hotels of similar…

The price may be competitive and the location is awesome. The width of Superior room just nice for 2 persons. Parking is limited. I booked a room with city view but they gave me a room with window but with no view. They agreed to exchange the room. Unlike other hotels of similar status, the receptionist refused to issue 2 key cards upon request. The room is occupied by 2 persons, so it's more convenient to have 2 key cards. Tv was not functioning. The cleanliness in the room is acceptable. No toiletries at all except for bath soap.
