Spacious rooms, fitted with luxurious furniture and treats. The view of the Nile can be enjoyed even in the bathroom! There’s always a staff member or two greeting guests with a smile and asking if they need anything. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with an egg station that cater to customized requests. The pool is not huge but was never crowded the 3 nights I was there this month. There are a couple of ATM’s off the lobby in a secure location. The location is Garden City is easy to reach and easy to find taxis from. I can’t name a specific staff member because they all stand out, reception staff, concierge, security, housekeeping, pool attendants, floor managers, all locations and all staff members deserve applauds.

The attention to detail is impeccable. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Special mention goes out to Raggab at the Executive Lounge, he goes out of his way to cater to guests needs - I enjoyed dining here for lunch and pre dinner snacks and drinks. I will be returning to this excellent establishment and definitely recommend it to guests who values and appreciates high standards of service without asking for it. The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I received excellent assistance. Ahmed at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would also like to specially thank Taha طه , who was outstanding throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to help us, and his service and positive attitude were truly exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
