However, air conditioning is not universal—some upper-level rooms lack it completely and get very hot.

We spent one week there with our little girl (3.5 y.o.). Everything was very good. The room was big and clean. The food was really good, tasty and there was variety. The massages from the spa were awesome (I recommend Dimitrios for a strong one. Very good.). All the employees were nice, kind and helpful. And a big applause for the entertainment team. Always full of energy. For the kids, I recommend the mini disco. Really nice holidays. I recommend it. We will surely come back.

The food was excellent, featuring some of the finest hotel desserts I have ever experienced at a resort. Our primary reason for visiting was the tennis program, and the academy exceeded my expectations. Josef, Philipp, and Torsten from Patricio Academy were all highly knowledgeable trainers—equally skilled at coaching high-level players as they are at delivering basic fundamental training.
