Jumeirah Nanjing

I had a genuinely wonderful and memorable stay at Jumeirah. Before I even arrived, the service already left a very good impression. The gentleman who picked up my call in the morning was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He helped me with two practical questions regarding my check-in and luggage arrangement, and explained everything clearly and efficiently, which made the arrival process much easier. Later, the gentleman at the front desk who assisted me during check-in was also exceptionally warm, attentive, and helpful. The whole check-in process was smooth and comfortable, and he helped coordinate the room arrangement in a way that went far beyond my expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The room was spacious, elegant, quiet, and comfortable, with great views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom and amenities were especially impressive, and everything felt carefully prepared. What stood out most to me was not only the hardware of the hotel, but the genuine hospitality from the staff. Both the morning phone call and the check-in experience made me feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, this was a very pleasant surprise and one of the best hotel experiences I have had recently. I would be very happy to return and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Nanjing! The rooms are spacious and absolutely stunning, with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which is great if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat. However, it’s not in the bustling city center, so it might not be the most convenient choice if you’re planning a city tour. That said, it’s very close to the stadium, making it an excellent option if you’re in town for a concert. An exciting bonus—you might even bump into some celebrities staying here! Overall, a great experience for those seeking tranquility and elegance.

This is a really majestic hotel. The design of the building itself sets a tone that the hotel is grand. The room is big, clean and luxurious. The toilet is big and comfortable. But more importantly, the view from the room is breathtaking. Hotel is also only a 15 minute walk from a very huge mall. Service there is excellent with friendly and approachable staff. Breakfast there is also pretty good for a 5-star Hotel. Definitely one of the best hotel in Nanjing.
