Overall, we had an excellent experience during our four-night stay at the InterContinental Geneva. We were attending a conference at Palexpo, so we commuted each day by public transit between the hotel, the conference venue, and Geneva’s Old Town. The hotel’s only drawback is its location. While public transit is convenient and efficient, it does take a fair amount of time to reach most destinations, whether heading to Palexpo or into the city centre. That said, the hotel itself more than made up for this. The property is beautifully maintained, and every member of the staff we encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. During our stay, Geneva was experiencing an intense European heat wave. While my partner attended the conference each day, the exceptional outdoor pool and landscaped grounds provided a wonderful place for me to relax, making the extreme temperatures far more manageable. The daily breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering an excellent variety of high-quality food that consistently exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to recognize Sarah, one of the breakfast servers. Her service was exceptional throughout our stay. She was warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome. Her professionalism and genuine kindness made each morning a pleasure, and she is a real credit to the hotel.

Very pleasant stay with wonderful views of Geneva. The location is quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with great selection and quality. Victoria was a remarkable hostess. In summary, excellent choice to stay in this city. The rooms were well equipped and maintained, I didn’t give five stars because the bathroom is a little bit small with very little space to leave your toiletries.
