Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection

Staying at Hotel Sosei Sapporo has left a lasting impression and everidently has inspired me to stay at MGallery branded hotels in the future. We were greeted on arrival after a long day of travelling, the porter was quick off the stairs to grab our luggage and help us inside where we were greeted with a magnificant stylish foyer. We were then rushed with a welcome drink and seen to promptly to get checked into our room. The rooms are excellent and well appointed. The pillows and bedding are very plush and comfortable to sleep on. The mini bar was well stocked and depending on your Accor status, free. We then visited the bar to enjoy our in app welcome drink, again the service was impeciable and we were treated like rock stars. The additional buffet breakfast and evening cocktails as part of our booking were such great value. All in all, this hotel is a must if you are after a luxury getaway and want to indulge in the moment. We will be back.

It's a beautiful, stylish hotel, which is exceptionally clean. But then even the trucks & cars are gleaming clean in Sapporo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the additions to the room like the kettle was a pleasure to use, well designed and cyratdd. The in room additions of a woodsn comb, razor, toothbrushes, sewing kits...loved being well looked after. Very relaxing atmosphere. The wonderful staff — everyone is warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Our expensive rental car, while we're in our way Furano the rear view window just fell out! We were on a speeding highway, and it was not safe to drive this way. We couldn't connect with the rental agency because they had a limited phone plan- they could not get international calls, and we had American numbers. We called the hotel to explain the situation They ( Ms Kana) immediately stepped in, had the agency call us BACK! The hotel operates as an Art Gallery. The lobby, the walls & every floor has displays I'm grateful to have stayed here!

My stay at Hotel Sosei Sapporo was truly exceptional! The rooms were immaculate and cozy,very nice deco art style design. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond, they even set up towel arts and birthday amenities. Front Desk staff is also very international and speak good English, shout out to the front receptionist, helpful and good smile (I think he's from India or Sri Lanka). The location is super convenient and also located in more quiet area. Highly recommend, and will definitely come back again and have my friend stay here.
