We loved our stay here. The service was amazing. From the slippers by the bed at night, pillow menu, charging organizers, bedside water, the notes, etc we appreciated it all. We loved the robes, XL bath towels, and the lounge we had access to. We appreciated not having to buy water and soda during those few days when we were at the hotel. Our one negative was the hot tub was closed for 2 weeks but the staff tried to make it right.
Old and worn hotel still reaching for greatness. Service is stellar. Well trained and indicates a healthy working culture as everybody are smiling and helpful. The rooms does not seem to have been refurbished for a while which is a shame. The hotel really has potential for world…

The rooms does not seem to have been refurbished for a while which is a shame. The hotel really has potential for world class exellence. The restaurants are already there. From breakfast over the bar snacks, afternoon tea and finer dining - expect something out of the ordinary. We stayed here for a handful of days and will likely return when the rooms has been improved.
We really enjoyed this hotel. It’s not in the center of Amsterdam but it is walkable to De Pijp, and nearby restaurants. The 12 tram makes a lot accessible too. We had a junior suite which was comfortable for 3 adults. Recommend the breakfast buffet. The fitness facility is perfe…

We had a junior suite which was comfortable for 3 adults. Recommend the breakfast buffet. The fitness facility is perfect for families also. Notably, we accidentally left a couple items behind and the hotel notified us and promptly shipped the items back to us. I’ve never had follow up like that before - 5 ⭐️ service
