Hotel Joan

Let me tell more about this hotel ! The rules are so strict if you break something you have to pay double the price even if its broken….. And something i hear a few days after I’ve stayed in that hotel is the staf and the owner are (big mouth people) I mean if you hate your clients why open a hotel??? A real pain on my neck . I hope if I have a next time in that hotel I would have a good experience …

We stayed in Hotel JoAn for 8 days over the Easter Period 2025. Positives: The Location is Perfect. The hotel is affordable and clean The receptionist was very friendly and always assisted us with the parking Negatives Unfortunately the coffee was always cold. I don’t understand why they switched off the coffee machine after brewing it. My son’s bed was made only once( he was in a different room and floor). On the fourth night, our beddings were changed but my son’s weren’t. I had to remove the dirty beddings myself. My son is a teenager but by no means messy. They provided clean towels daily but didn’t clean his bathroom for most of the days, but they cleaned ours. I didn’t understand this discriminatory behaviour because the lady was always very nice to us. Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely- on condition they would work on the few negative points.
