Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa

Cleaned every day, great team of cleaners who didn’t get in your way. Marco in restaurant was very engaging and helpful. Spa masseuse Milita was excellent for both of us. Swimming pool team could be friendlier but possibly down to language barrier. Breakfast is abundant, one of the best we’ve experienced. Very few small children when we visited which is just how we like it. Very close to the beach and restaurants in direct proximity. We visited to celebrate an important wedding anniversary and the team made extra special efforts for us. We will definitely return, thanks for making our trip ❤️

It's a great hotel. Definitely worth a recommendation. The rooms are very modern, the indoor rooftop pool has a wonderful view across the bay. The staff is extremely friendly and the housekeeping team is doing an extraordinary good job, esp. in comparison with other hotels across Europe. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of food (esp. local pastries). The freshly homemade chicken nuggets are outstanding. Not the usual deep frozen stuff. Only the breakfast coffee isn't very good (the room's coffee machine is slightly better). There is free shaded basement parking. A big benefit are the comfy sunbeds and umbrella at the private beach (that is otherwise very crowded).

We had a wonderful stay at Imperial Conference & Spa Hotel. What stood out the most was honestly the team - everyone we interacted with was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Anya at reception, the concierge team, and everyone working at the breakfast and restaurant areas. No matter what we needed, the response was always quick, thoughtful, and accommodating, and it really made the whole experience feel effortless. The location is also excellent - right by the beach, with many great restaurants nearby and very convenient overall. I stayed there for business with colleagues, and it worked extremely well for our group. My room was spacious, modern, and had a huge terrace where our team of six would actually gather together comfortably. Overall, the hotel combines a great location, beautiful rooms, and truly exceptional service. The people working there are what made the stay memorable for us, and we would absolutely come back.
