Hotel Eurostars Zaragoza

The practical side of the stay here is that it is next to the train station. However, with that being said, the access point is very confusing and no signs are provided. Check in was not processed to the system, which led to having my peace disturbed twice by other guests which had the same room assigned and were able to open our door. This was very uncomfortable. No accessibility for free water in a 4 star hotel is very unprofessional. No compensation for their errors was provided. Makes me wonder how they obtained 4 stars title.

In Zaragoza, the central train station and bus station are located quite far from the city center. This hotel is convenient if you need to be close to the station. We had a suite—it was very spacious, with a huge panoramic window, a smart TV, and massive decorative features, like a huge ceramic vase. However, the bathroom fixtures were clearly outdated. We checked in late in the evening, just as the train from Barcelona arrived, and there were quite a lot of people waiting to check in. However, the entire check-in process was handled by a single receptionist. We waited in line for about 15 minutes—and this is in a 4-star hotel, where having at least two receptionists at the front desk at all times is a mandatory requirement for a 4-star hotel.

This hotel is like a place for group tourists. The size of the room is good, but it is too inconvenient to move to the room, and hot water does not come out if there are many guests. There is a noise that bothers buildings such as train stations. The staff service at this hotel is not willing to solve the problem and the person in charge left work, so it can be repaired tomorrow...It was the worst experience.
