Hilton Nagasaki

I had a very pleasant stay at this Hilton hotel. The check-in process was professional and efficient, and the staff were consistently kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax. I also appreciated the fresh air and pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The gym is relatively small but well-maintained and perfectly adequate for a good workout. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Five stars for the very friendly staff and for our room. To be fair, we got an upgrade to an executive suite because of our Hilton Gold status, but I trust the cheaper rooms had a similar bed, which slept extremely well. The location is excellent for a transfer to both Nagasaki Airport (shuttles leave nearby) as well as the train station. Temperature control worked perfectly and there was no noise from the neighbours or hallway. The breakfast was decent, with somewhat limited Western options in the executive lounge. But since we were staying in Japan and not at home, one shouldn't be surprised :)

This property is a hidden gem. The hotel feels incredibly modern and brand new, and because the area seems a bit less traveled, it offers a wonderfully quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The location couldn't be better. It is conveniently situated right next to the train station. If you cross the street from the station and head to the right, you walk directly into the main lobby; heading left takes you straight to the convention center. Check-in is seamlessly located on the second floor, where the staff immediately made me feel at home with their friendly and welcoming service. My room was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the thoughtful welcome gifts were a fantastic touch. A major highlight of the stay was the food and drink. The second-floor breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of choices—the fish roe and the local Castella bread were absolute standouts for me. Later in the day, I visited the hotel bar, which features a really impressive selection of Japanese whiskeys and is staffed by a genuinely attentive team. The Executive Lounge up on the 11th floor (just down the hallway and a right turn at the end). It is a fantastic, peaceful space with plenty of excellent food and beverage options. I would definitely love to come back to explore Nagasaki more, and I fully plan on staying at this Hilton again in the future. Highly recommended!
