They are courteous, helpful, and always ensure that everything we needed was available. Their excellent service and positive attitude made my morning even more enjoyable. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant! The hotel room was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the room was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities i needed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and my special thanks to the friendly housekeeping supervisor, Jeanbelle, for ensuring my room was always clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared throughout my stay. Thank you for making this stay a pleasant and memorable one!

I would especially like to thank Aleeza and Radja at the reception for the warm welcome and professional assistance during my stay. Their kindness, helpful attitude, and attention to detail truly made my experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to express my special thanks to Ms. Gülcan for her kind support and help throughout my accommodation. Her attention and assistance were truly appreciated. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and everything was neatly organized with great attention to detail. Their effort truly made a difference in our stay. Honestly one of the best experiences of the hotel was the Mawasem restaurant because i had the best service by Manal she honestly made me feel comfortable and relaxed i loved my experience and i can’t imagine how it could get any better. Also i would like to add that the housekeeping was incredible i had one of the best housekeepers Andrew he always cleaned my room incredibly well and i was always impressed by his cleaning and nice demeanor.
