Grand Rotana Resort & Spa

Amazing resort. The rooms were very clean and there was 24/7 room service. The rooms were also massive and would have been able to house a whole 2 extra people. My main shoutout is to the Italian restaurant a la carte, called mezzaluna. The staff were really nice and the food was extraordinary. We could have a 4 course meal for free included and each person got 2 a la cartes per person. An amazing experience that many other resorts wouldn't be able to provide. I definitely recommend taking the Italian one as it is extraordinary. The pool was also an incredible feat. It was the largest pool I have ever seen and didn't follow a strict shape but was more of a free pool with many islands and an incredible swim up bar. The beach was amazing also and had many different levels and I never had a difficulty in finding a place. There was a bar every 10 meters. The staff was very accommodating. The water itself was crystal clear and was home to thousands of different underwater species. Truly an incredible sight for scubadivers and snorkellers. The hotel provides many water activities such as water sports and diving. Scubadiving is hosted by PADI, the largest diving association.

We had an amazing stay for 12 nights at rooms 1136&1137. The hotel has amazing facilities that made the stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Bahaa, the event manager who is friendly and attentive to details. He excelled at everything and specially at handling the rush hour at the main restaurant, making sure the operation is effective and wait times are minimized. He has a unique way of handling entitled guests who believe the rules do not apply to them. The plams restaurant right at the sea is amazing experience to have daily lunch at, special thanks to Ebram whose service made the experience even more enjoyable. The housekeeping operation is fast, effective making the experience of returning each evening to a spotless cozy room amazing. Thanks Ahmed from housekeeping for a great job. The food is delicious with wide high-quality varities daily. All the chefs are amazing. overall stay is a definite 5 stars, few things can go better: - The beach instructions mentions that the beach is open till sunset, but at 6:45 pm the lifeguard starts whistling to get people out of the water, this is more than 1 hour before sunset. Specially in summer where heat in sharm.is extreme, the beach is more enjoyable after 5:30 pm when the the sun is not as strong - The animation team did a great job, specially Menna, but the Russian team members obviously preferred engaging exclusively with Russian guests.

We stayed at three different hotels during our vacation in Sharm El Sheikh, and Grand Rotana was the clear winner. The staff were exceptional—always smiling, friendly, and constantly checking if guests needed anything. Whenever we mentioned something that was missing, it was taken care of immediately. One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful surprise they prepared for my niece on her birthday. Without us even asking, they brought her a birthday cake, which made her day so special and showed how much they care about their guests. The food was also the best we had during our trip. There was a huge variety of delicious dishes, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Thank you to the entire team at Grand Rotana for making our vacation so memorable. We truly appreciated your kindness and hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh
