We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. Every single staff member was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making our stay truly memorable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. A special thank you to the concierge team, especially Cheongeum Kim and Dongyeop Lee. They went above and beyond to assist us witha bookings, helped us recover an item we had left on the airline, and even provided translation support when needed. Their kindness, dedication, and exceptional service made a real difference during our trip. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's a fantastic place to stay, and the outstanding staff make the experience even better. We would gladly stay here again.

We had a good stay at Grand Josun hotel. Everything was impeccable from start till finished. Service was warm and friendly, staff was always ready to help. Lobby was bright and beautiful. We only managed to get a partial ocean view room , room size is decent not big. Room is clean, Aircon was cold. Bathing amenities was nice smelling too. Location is great, lots of restaurants just across the street and subway too.
Great location overlooking Haeundae beach. Worth paying the extra for a room with an ocean view. Rooms are comfortable but not really 5 star standard. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only 3 lifts so sometimes wait can be long and the lift stops on many floors on the way down.
