The views when waking up and also in the evening for sunset are almost like a dream. The room is like a beautiful cave. We were lucky enough to see various rooms and every room is different. One thing stands out even more than the view, the rooms and the location, and that is the service. The manager was very accommodating with allowing us to choose which rooms we liked, with what was available. We had the pleasure of having Pepi help us with planning our stay. The cleaners were extra helpful and also the restaurant staff. The service is 11/10.

If I could give this place more stars, I would!! Staying at Grand Ambassador Suites was unforgettable. The atmosphere is incredibly tranquil, with quiet spaces, beautiful views, and a sense of calm that makes every moment feel special. The service was exceptional throughout, and I want to give a heartfelt mention to Pepi at reception, who went above and beyond to help me organise my proposal to my partner. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made an important moment even more meaningful. The food was delicious, full of fresh flavours, and the cocktails were crafted with real care — perfect for enjoying by the pool or during sunset. Everything across the property was spotlessly clean, from the suites to the shared areas, making the stay feel consistently comfortable and refined. A truly memorable Santorini experience for our special moment ❤️
Service and location was amazing! Unfortunately it was very windy so made it more difficult to enjoy the private room pool but that's nature! Nothing you can do about that. We enjoyed everything and we truly recommend this location 100%. We will be back!
