I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my room was in perfect condition, which made my experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Hiba, who was extremely helpful and attentive. She recommended that I visit the Old Medina and suggested a beautiful riad to me. I followed her recommendation, and the riad was absolutely wonderful. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and warm attitude she showed me. Thank you so much, Hiba, for making my stay even more memorable. Your kindness and excellent service are greatly appreciated!

They were polite, friendly, kind and very considerate. Wonderful overall experience!! Food was excellent. Overall people of Morocco are amazingly kind and friendly. We stayed at the Fes Marriott from April 22 to April 24 for our first trip to Morocco, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff truly made us feel welcome, safe, and comfortable throughout our stay with their warmth and attentiveness. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast, which made our visit even more special. The hospitality during breakfast was exceptional as the team went out of their way to introduce us to local dishes like Bissara (bean soup) and Kefta omelette, both of which were delicious. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many great dining options nearby and easy access to the medina (just a short and inexpensive taxi ride). After exploring the lively and sometimes overwhelming medina, it was a relief to return to the calm and comfort of the hotel. One small suggestion would be to consider updating some rooms with non-carpeted flooring, as the carpets felt a bit dated. It would also be nice to see more variety in the breakfast offerings from day to day. Overall, the outstanding service and genuine hospitality from the staff made our first visit to Morocco truly memorable. We would happily stay here again.
