If you are traveling by car, this hotel is a great choice in Toledo. It offers convenient parking, and the rooms are impressively spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Our experience with both Eurostars Palacio Buenavista and Eurostars Hotel Company was extremely disappointing. During our stay, a man posing as hotel maintenance entered our room while my wife, our 2-year-old son, and I were inside and stole our belongings. We spent the rest of the day and most of the night between the Toledo and Parla police stations, returning to the hotel at approximately 2:00 a.m. What concerns us most is not the loss of property, but that a stranger was able to gain access to our room by impersonating hotel staff while our young child was present. No family should ever have to experience that. While Eurostars communicated with us throughout the process, they declined to compensate us for the stolen property despite it being documented in the police report from the very beginning. The refund for the stay, still in process. I sincerely hope Eurostars Hotel Company reviews and strengthens its security procedures so that no other guests experience what our family did.
