Had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Metropole. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the thoughtful welcome amenities, including complimentary drinks and fresh fruit upon arrival. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.
The hotel is in a great location and clean. Staff are knowledgeable but not empowered to resolve issues. The hotel has no gym. Breakfast is ok but no cooked breakfast options. There is only one elevator so wait times are long. The ramp to wheel luggage goes via the restaurant so …

There is only one elevator so wait times are long. The ramp to wheel luggage goes via the restaurant so when that is shut, you have to lug heavy bags down a few stairs. Wifi in two of our rooms was non existent and despite complaining, no gesture or compensation was forthcoming. We would consider other hotels the next time to be perfectly honest.

Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. We asked for a quiet room and we must've got an upgrade because the room was amazing! Comfy couch, bathrobes and slippers. The only thing missing was a spa. If you need a good night's sleep near the bus and train stations and old town, then this is the place. The only thing that was disappointing was the scrambled eggs did not taste good.
