Eurostars Centrale Palace

Rating: 5/5 We spent three nights in the Presidential Suite at Eurostars Centrale Palace, and the experience was exceptional. The hotel feels truly palatial, blending rich historic charm with grand architecture. Its location couldn't be better—right in the heart of Palermo, making it effortless to walk to key sights, cafes, and restaurants. Even during extremely hot weather, the air conditioning in our suite was cold and kept us completely comfortable throughout our stay. The rooftop bar was another highlight, offering fantastic views and a great atmosphere for evening drinks. The service from the staff was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and professional. We had an unforgettable stay and would recommend this hotel (and the Presidential Suite) without hesitation!

Just returned from 3 wonderful nights in Palermo. The hotel is perfectly located for everything whether it be bars and restaurants, train station, areas to visit or just to chill. It is a converted Palazzo so retains the old charm and features but is modern enough for a good bathroom, air con and a place to charge your phone. Breakfast was great in the majestic breakfast room, plenty of choice. The top terrace is so quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of the streets below, is shaded and has a great bar with the BEST barman. So knowledgable about local drinks and happy to share the knowledge, makes the best Negroni and a delight to talk to about his many years working all over Europe. Also restaurant of the top has great food and fantastic view’s especially at sunset. All hotel staff were charming and helpful. Would recommend and we will return

This hotel certainly wins for the location, which I’d argue can’t be beaten if you’re a first time tourist to the city, with key sights and restaurants in the immediate area. The staff are really friendly at all times of the day and checking in was a delight. Access to rooms is via physical keys on a heavy fob, rather than modern keycards. My room was a twin offering on the first floor. I found the building itself a bit of a maze to navigate but that certainly makes for a more unique hotel. The room itself was spacious and although a bit dated and basic was clean. It appeared to be an accessible room, with two bathrooms - one huge with large walk in shower, the other smaller but still adequate. The beds were both singles on opposite sides of the room but they were comfortable enough. There was a stocked mini-bar in the room as well as bottled water and a kettle. The air-conditioning was effective and while there was a small TV it wasn’t really visible from either of the beds and no alternative comfortable seating. There was no noise from other rooms and despite the central location the room remained silent at night. I didn’t get to sample any of the dining or bar options during my stay, but for the location alone and the value it offers I’d certainly stay again - recommended!
