Old hotel but very clean ! When I say old I mean the furniture BUT it is spotless condition and well maintained, real wood . The room size was ok and you have a balcony but no water heater in the room !! The food is mediocre and if you travel with kids keep in mind that there are no ammenities for them. The average age in the hotel guests when I have been was probably ~60 and they seem to have a real good time. The pools are ok and the ceilings are impressive . I got especially frustrated when I found out I need to pay for the parking( ~8 euro/night) in a 4 star hotel!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. I mentioned before our arrival that I would celebrate my birthday with my mom and requested a nice room on a high floor with a beautiful view. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and fulfilled my request perfectly, which made our stay feel even more special. We were also welcomed with a lovely bottle of Hungarian wine in the room, such a thoughtful and elegant gesture! The room was beautiful and comfortable, the spa area was relaxing and enjoyable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and created beautiful memories together. Thank you again for making my birthday celebration so special. We will definitely be happy to return in the future!

We stayed here to visit this hotel for a brief stop to check out the local thermal lake. Overall, I had a nice experience but found a couple issues. The included dinner is a buffet and is very filling and and the service is good. However, for the included breakfast, I found it to be incredibly crowded, the service quite slow, and the food was mediocre. I wish the breakfast were the same quality as the dinner. The rooms are clean but dated and may be in need of a renovation like their sister hotel (Ensana Thermal Aqua). The “air conditioning” is not the most effective and the max fan speed BARELY blows out ANY cold air. I cannot imagine WHY parking IS NOT INCLUDED!!?? This is such a rural location and I cannot believe the hotel cannot just provide free parking. The staff were great, but some do not speak English. Overall, I had a nice experience. Some changes would be great to take this to the next level!
