Cake, the barista at the lobby bar provided excellent service from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. She took the time to answer my questions, prepared my drink with care, and served it with a genuine smile. She kept the lobby bar welcoming and well-organized while maintaining a positive, professional attitude throughout my visit. The coffee was delicious, and her outstanding customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend stopping by the lobby bar.

I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the breakfast experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, including both international and local specialties. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. The restaurant atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and a perfect way to start each morning. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Ms. May for her exceptional hospitality and attentive service. She was always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making my stay even more memorable. We had an unforgettable birthday celebration at Dusit Thani Hua Hin!. I was so delighted to find beautiful balloons prepared in our room as a surprise. Enjoying breakfast in a peaceful alternative venue was a wonderful experience, and the spa/esthetic privileges made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. A special and heartfelt thank you to Beau, Pim, and Best for their exceptional hospitality and attentive care. They truly made my birthday special. Highly recommended!
