Each course offered a thoughtful choice between fish, meat, or vegetarian options, making every dinner feel personalised and exciting. 🍽️💚 The dessert course stole the show every single night — especially the artisanal ice cream with flavours that changed daily, lovingly made by a local farmer. 🍨🤍 You could really taste the care and regional quality. We also thoroughly enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet 🥐☕ and the afternoon snack spread, which was perfect after spa time or a walk around the property. Everything felt abundant, relaxed, and beautifully presented. We had a wonderful stay at Das Kronthaler. Lisandra at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming during check-in, and gave us a beautiful tour of the hotel, which made us feel warmly received from the very beginning. The food was a particular highlight of our stay. We really appreciated the focus on healthy options, especially the low-carb pancakes and the bread selection was honestly one of the best we’ve ever seen. At check-out, the front desk team was also very helpful, especially Lex and Max. Overall, a beautiful hotel with warm service and excellent food.

Our 2nd stay at Das Kronthaler and we still loved it. Breakfast buffet is my absolute favourite, and it's open till 11am which is wonderful. Spa area is still lovely and the room was comfortable and cosy. The ladies who serviced our room as well as our first dinner and breakfasts were warm, friendly and very helpful. I did notice some staff from the bar and breakfast were really not having a good mood, and were not so friendly towards us. I think this isn't so nice given that it's a holiday destination where people come to relax and enjoy. One of us unfortunately got food poisoning, likely from the fish dish during our second dinner, we informed the hotel during check out where they apologised.
