The hotel is in an excellent location. The town itself and the surrounding area are perfect for a winter holiday, as the hotel is close to the ski slopes while still being in the town center, near the spa, supermarkets, cafés, and everything else you might need. The interior and overall furnishings are done in a classic style and feel high-quality and very well maintained. The hotel has a luxurious feel, but in a tasteful Austrian way, without unnecessary exaggeration. The spa area is excellent. The warm pool, jacuzzi, saunas, different types of steam baths, relaxation rooms, showers, and the overall facilities are all at a very high level. Full marks for the spa. As for the food, breakfast is decent but rather standard, with a fairly limited selection of fruit and natural juices, which used to be more common in Austrian hotels. Dinner is served in courses and usually offers a choice between three options: meat, fish, or a vegetarian dish, along with a starter and an excellent dessert. Overall, dinner leaves a much better impression than breakfast. My biggest criticism is the staff. Around 80% of them were unfriendly, impatient, and visibly irritated, with only a few exceptions. Honestly, I do not think a hotel of this standard should allow this level of service. Overall, the experience was very good, but the attitude of the staff left a serious negative mark. Rating: 7/10

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time, my experience was excellent, especially in terms of the room location, the view, and the cleanliness. Unfortunately, this time I was given a room right next to the stairs and directly opposite the housekeeping and service room, and it is also on the first floor. For your information, when I made the booking, I specifically requested a nice room with a beautiful view. They asked me for my previous booking number, which I provided, and they promised me a similar room to the one I had before. Unfortunately, this time I can hear all the noise: the noise from people downstairs at the buffet, children and guests using the stairs, as well as the housekeeping staff and their cleaning equipment. On top of that, the bathroom cleaning was only acceptable. 👎🏻 , the internet was poor , the food dont like it .. Overall, this experience was unfortunately disappointing compared to my first stay.

My favorite hotel of recent memory. The staff was welcoming at the front desk. The room is big enough, with a balcony. The bathroom in the room is private even if you’re traveling with someone. The absolute 5 star experience was the food. We did “halb pension” where we get breakfast and dinner. For dinner there is a massive salad bar with everything your heart desires. You get served an appetizer and a main course that you choose. For breakfast you can have eggs prepared and they have a big selection of foods available for every diet. To the staff: I want to say that the blonde lady serving us at breakfast was extremely friendly. She made us feel welcome and seen. The hotel has a spa with sauna etc. it had such thoughtful features like water beds with headphones to listen to relaxing sounds.
