Dar Rayhaan by Rotana Al Khobar

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. We especially appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The facilities were well maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring Al Khobar. Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip so enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Al Khobar. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Had a very pleasant stay at Dar Rayhaan by Rotana. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall service level was excellent throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Roshan and Alexander at the restaurant for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They were always welcoming, attentive, and made sure the dining experience was smooth and enjoyable every day. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommended hotel, and special appreciation again to Roshan and Alexander for their great support and kindness.

​Rating: 1/5 Stars I had a very disappointing experience while attempting to make a reservation at this hotel. The level of service I encountered before even stepping foot on the property was completely unprofessional and a major deterrent. ​I called to inquire about whether the dinner included in the half-board package is served as a buffet or a set menu. The staff member who answered was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked the most basic hospitality standards. His response was, 'I don’t know, it might be a buffet, and it might not.' When I asked for a way to verify this information, he coldly replied that he had no information and could not assist me. ​When I requested to speak with the hotel manager, the staff member initially refused. After I persisted, he tried to dodge the request by claiming the manager was not on duty, and when I asked when he would be back, he claimed he had no idea! After significant effort, he finally identified the manager as 'Mr. Mazen.' ​If this is the standard of communication and transparency provided to a potential guest, I have no interest in staying here. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude of the front-desk staff are unacceptable. I strongly advise management to review their staff training and operational transparency. I will certainly be looking elsewhere for my stay.
