Staff and Service were excellent, the cream tea was delicious. We had a spa day for two, my niece had a facial but said that the room was very bright no dim lights or relaxing candles or music, and advised as lovely as the lady was she talked the whole time so my niece didn't feel like she could relax, also this is the only spa day I've been to where you have to pay for your hot drinks, everywhere else I've gone it's complimentary. Parking is excellent and this isn't a bad review just some constructive feedback.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room (305) was clean, comfortable, and cosy, and the hotel itself smelled fresh and spotless as soon as you walked through the doors. We had a particularly great experience with the manager, Keran, who was very kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home from check-in. Their excellent customer service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing hotel with amazing service and atmosphere We visited our family and decided to came for a coffee ☕️ to the close by hotel . We walked in and the atmosphere was amazing. We were treated by general manager Elmarie who was at the reception that time. We went to the bar to have a coffee and relax with family . We were looked after well by Melwin, Naveer and Amalia . They are all superstars who smile all the time and make sure you are ok. Hotel was very clean and smelled very nice. The decor was very modern and we felt like we are in luxury hotel on holidays . Thank you so much ch for making our morning so special , we definitely will be back . Xxx
