Great location, connected to the galleria department store at B1F. Breakfast at Suwon Kitchen was good with the friendly staffs. It would be better if there are some more dishes to eat. The executive lounge is good with some figer foods. Actually there are fried rice and cup ramyeons as well, you can have your dinner at here. As there are too many people, yiu should make a line to get the foods. I satisfied and enjoyed with the alcohols here. The room condition was fine, except the water purifier is in the restroom. I recommend this hotel for your stay as family trip and business trip.

Our family recently gathered in Suwon—the place where we were born—for a very special reunion. Our family from the different region from California, Daegu, and Busan, From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the service was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our family gathering truly seamless-Special thanks to the Mr Jung( Mr Jeon- sorry I forgot his name at the front) . Later I thanks to him with small trader joe bag which I had to wait the line to get it ) He truly understood the importance of our trip and so supportive to our family reunion. Thank you for the wonderful memories!
Very well managed, super service, family friendly and great modern hotel. The breakfast was a delight. The wine bar was really appreciated by us. Great selections, if you miss superb wine.
