Room and bathroom are clean but room was arranged for single occupancy which was quickly resolved by house--keeping. There was a knock on the door by staff who couldnt speak English and she brought 2 men and they wanted to enter to check my "cabinet", the only word she uttered. When I opened the door, she pointed at the bathroom which was being used at that time. Then she mumbled something about later and I closed the door. A minute later, reception called and fortunately explained in English that they wanted to check the plumbing. Seriously? To check the plumbing at 9 am when I am checking out at 9.30 am? Why cant they come after I check out? The WIFI is as good as NO wifi, cant connect to anything.
Perfect service by the team of Dasha and Anastasia. Excellent dishes including salad, main course and desert. Rooms wonderful and very inviting. A great hotel that may be smaller in size than Marriott in major world capitals, but service and quality are World class!
Open review on GoogleSuch wonderful service! We were taken care off completely, and felt so very welcome. Staff speak English and Russian, whichever you're comfortable with. Breakfast is good, and we had a nice view too! Definitely recommended.
